Cancellation Policy - If a reservation is cancelled:

• 46 or more days prior to arrival - the prepayment is fully refunded (certain expenses such as payment processing charges may be passed on to the client).

• 31-45 days prior to arrival - 50% of the prepayment is refunded (certain expenses such as payment processing charges may be passed on to the client).

• 30 or less days prior to arrival - the prepayment is not refunded.
